EAST JEFFERSON SPECIAL OLYMPICS

Ten members of Kenner North Kiwanis and 11 members of the Curtis Key Club helped to conduct the East Jefferson Special Olympics March 30, 2007 at Muss Bertolino Stadium in Kenner. The club also provided printed programs for the games, agreed to help send winners to the state Special Olympic games and to secure new equipment for future East Jefferson games. About 200 special kids and adults competed in the games.

and award ribbons to participants in the running events.


Kiwanians Bill Lindsey, Clarence Machado and Russell Diodene' conducted the shotput event.

Kiwanians Sean Brown and Carroll Trosclair, assisted by Key Clubbers, helped conduct the softball throw.
